1972 Correct craft Torino project boat. Very rare

this is a 1972 Chris Craft Torino, that I have owned for many years. It’s a very rare boat. I was told that only 50 Torino’s were ever built. It has a 302 Ford engine and a Volvo outdrive. About ten years ago I took it to a local marina because I thought the cooling hoses were not routed properly. They ended up keeping it there for a few years, and then took the heads off of the engine for some unknown reason and then said they didn’t have time for it. So, it has been sitting shrink wrapped ever since. The motor in it could be rebuilt, or it’s easy to find a 302 Ford engine to put in it. This boat was originally yellow gelcoat, and the green paint can be stripped off. The interior is nice, just needs a good cleaning. The hull is in very good shape. I have a New York State transferable registration for the boat. It comes with a very nice galvanized EZ loader trailer, that just needs new tail lights. I lost the papers for the trailer years ago. I am starting the auction for the boat and trailer at only about what the trailer is worth. This is a great deal for someone who realizes what this boat is and what it will be with a little work.
