This yacht has been meticulously taken care of. You will not find another vessel on the market that has been this well taken care of. Primarily used in fresh water on the Upper Potomac River North of the 301 Bridge. We have all maintenance records since time of purchase in July of 2011. We are selling due to not having enough time to use it anymore. Engine oil has always been changed at time of professional winterization, and then again mid-summer. It has been shrink wrapped on the off season for the last 3 seasons. It has been professionally waxed at the beginning of every season, and the gel coat has a mirror shine. The Crusader 6.0L engines have 700 hours on it because it has been enjoyed, well maintained, and given lots of attention. You will not find rotten hoses, or unexpected issues from sitting at dealer lot or broker for several years, as we have taken care of fixing everything along the way with ownership of this 37-footer. These Crusader engines typically see well over 1500 hours. The only things known that are not working on the yacht are the fresh water and holding tank level sensors. We will include all spare parts as well that we currently have! This yacht is turnkey ready!!!!!
