For sale is a 1997 Glastron Boat GS 249 Cruiser Yacht - 5.7 LX Mercruiser V8 350 - 24 feet hull, 28 feet overall, Inboard engine with 100 hours on engine and has a Bimini Top.The boat is a 16 passenger and has no liens. It has a clean open title.
I wanted $9,000 for the boat but since it needs new rubber molding that cost around $1,000, I would accept $7,500 and the price is firm.The new buyer could always repair the molding that is currently on the boat now.

The boat is a double cabin and motor vehicles made me register it as a yacht with cabin.
These are all recent Pictures. The boat has all new Interior on the top level Including Captains Chair that cost around $1,900.00.
The only thing the boat could use is new rubber rail molding and the bathroom does not work because it needs a tank, I purchased the boat in 2012 with no working bathroom and never wanted one.
The boat also has a new wood grain steering wheel and 3 blade propeller and starter.
The bottom level is a wrap around sofa with table, non working bathroom and sink, small kitchen with Refrigerator and working AM/FM radio.
The boat also has a Structure GPS and a Fish finder that work fine.
The Engine was rebuilt in 2012 and everything on the engine and around the engine is rebuilt.
The boat has around 100 hours on it. The hour meter clock does not work and the ex-owner and myself kept manual logs of when the boat was used and it comes to around 100 hours, I purchased the boat in 2012 with 30 hours on it.
I purchased the boat from a mechanic that rebuilt the engine in 2012, the mechanic rebuilt the engine for a Doctor who owned the boat in Boston/Jersey Shore, the doctor died and the doctors wife (who was also a doctor) gave it to the mechanic because she did not want to pay the $7,500 for the new engine, then I purchased it from the mechanic in 2012 for exactly $7,500.
The mechanic only wanted $7,500 for the boat, the cost of the new engine.
The boat starts right up and drives with no problems.
The boat has a 5.7 LX Merc Cruiser V8 350 Alpha outboard.
The hull is 24 feet long, but the overall length of the boat is 28 feet and does not come with a trailer.
