Grady White 212 Nassau (Restored Classic)

Description

Rare opportunity to own a rare head turning classic Grady White that has been 95% restored/restomoded over the past two years with no expense spared on materials. This is a 21 foot C-212 NASSAU that was a true barn find and had been meticulously take care of and maintained since new from the original owner who I purchased it from.
The boat was kept in dry storage since last used by previous owner and registered in 1995 until 2015 when I acquired it. Clean title and registration for boat and trailer in 2015. The original OMC motor was a mess due to sitting for so long and did not make sense to try and revive it so I made the tough decision to scrap it. I enclose the transom and add a Grady-drive outboard bracket from a mid 90's 21ft Grady. Transom was reinforced with West System epoxy, six layers of bilateral glass and Coosa Bluewater $$$. All the cockpit floors are original to the boat and have been coated in three coats of Interlux Perfection and Interlux Interdeck. Main topside deck is all original except the cuddly top which was refinished in Interlux topside Seafoam.
Hull has never been painted and buffs to an amazing shine which is a true testament to the Grady hand laid construction of old. Added new captain seats, custom teak trim throughout cockpit and helm, stainless wheel.
Outboard is a late 90's Johnson 175 Ocean Runner that also came off of a 20ft Grady and has had extensive work and full overhaul done over the past year as well and will push the boat at 28kts cruise 40kts max runs strong. Rides real dry, smooth and nimble with the bracket and especially comes to life in medium chop in the James and Chesapeake.Great fishing platform.
What it still needs... The cuddy cabin interior still needs ceiling painting and cushions reupholstered, as well as fresh water sink and system hooked back up. Minor front rubrail needs fixing from a pier mishap last year. Needs the gauges installed and wired. I have a complete new set of Faria gauges included, needs original Bimini reclothed and has rear picnic canopy that needs refurbish if desired as well. many other odds and ends are included to make this boat perfect! Includes its original fully articulating Gator double axel trailer which has been refreshed as well. Just had a new baby and have to sell so any real offers will be considered.
