PLEASE NOTE: Due to owner's health and captain becoming unavailable, this yacht is in a destressed sale situation AND will sell at end of auction regardless of price.
As you read through the listing, you will see that this yacht is practically all renewed. All work was done at Ft. Lauderdale yachting facilities (full box of receipts and original owner's manual will be provided with yacht). It is completely set up for vacation travel - perfect for Bahamas, etc. This was to be used for our family getaways. (Has standard Hatteras fuel tanks and one additional 700 gallon tank.)
First Disclaimer: This yacht is in the water, docked at a marina on Florida's Southeast coast. The bottom will need to be cleaned before moving and she will need a good exterior cleaning. Dock space should be available to new owner, if desired.
CONDITIONS OF SALE:

• We will try to have a viewing onboard the day before auction end. If flying in for viewing, use Palm Beach International Airport (PBI).
• Winning bidder must contact seller within 24 hrs of auction close.
• $25,000 wire transfer deposit within 72 hours of auction close. (This deposit is non-refundable with one condition - owner's representative will start and run engines and transmissions, which will operate as they should or deposit will be refunded.)
• Remaining purchase price to be paid by wire transfer within 5 days of auction close. (Title is clear, but if you need to do a title search it is available within 24 hrs from the Coast Guard website for $25 - use Official No. 954254.)
