2007 Mariah SX 19

2007 Mariah SX 19. I purchased this boat new. It ran the last time I started it but was getting water in the oil. It has been sitting for a couple years outside. The boat is paid off but I don’t have the letter from the lien holder saying that so no title will come with the purchase for boat or trailer. I can guarantee that I am the only original owner and the boat has no liens. I will not assist in the titling.
