For sale is our 2003 Mastercraft X-Star. We are the original owners of this boat. We bought it off the Omahaboat show floor at the Qwest Center (now Century Link) in 2003 brand new from Victory Marine. We have only put 405.5 hours on it since.
We have had it serviced at Victory Marine at the end of every season since. If there was even a small item that needed addressed they fixed it. They will have all maintenance records since new. The engine is the 330 horsepower LTX 350 Mercruiser. Since new we replaced the water impellor, fuel pump and starter, and it has never had any problems at all beyond these items. It starts right up and purrs like new. We have replaced the steering cable twice, most recently last year, and it steers and shifts like new. We also had itprofessionally detailed inside and out each year since new.
It has the factory tower with four tower speakers. We replaced the factory stereo and upgraded the system to two amplifiers, one for the tower and internal speakers and one for the sub-woofer. It has eight total speakers, which are all top of the line JBL's, andone subwoofer and sounds awesome. We also had the electrical system upgraded to two batteries with crossover switch so you can sit in the cove and listen to music all day and not worry about starting the engine afterwards. It has the factory electric ballast with three ballast tanks, and everyone knows this hull design puts out the smoothest wake for aggressive and novice wakeboarders alike. In fact, we rarely filled the ballast because we just didn't need to with one or two passengers. It has the Perfect Pass system from the factorywhich has always worked as advertised. It comes with the original factoryfull travel cover, andthe factory bimini top.
Like I mentioned, we bought this boat brand new so each and every scratch or nick has a story we know personally. That being said, it does have some dock rubs and scratches. The pics should show each one. The propeller is the original one with some nicks, but it still performs like new. This boat was stored inside it's whole life during the winter, and on a Shorestation lift at Woodcliff Lake in Nebraskaduring the summer, with an occasional tow to Lake Minnetonka in Minnesota (where I am from). The trailer sat outside during the summer months so has fade on the fiberglass fenders. My buddy was filling it with gas two years ago and hit a pillar at the gas station with one of the tires. The tire started to wear funny so he paid to have one of the trailer axles replaced with a brand new powder coated complete axle assembly from the factory with brand new hubs, brakes and lines. The fender on the side he hit still has a crack in it, but in no way does it effect the function of thetrailer. I was going to have him pay to replace thattoo, but since he replaced the whole axle with a brand new one I cuthim some slack. We also have the full size spare on matching aluminum wheel.
I plugged everything into NADA bluebook for boats, and this boat books out at wellover $37,000.The reserve is way way waybelow that. I can deliver this boat anywhere within the lower 48 states for the price of gas only, or come pick it up or have a hauler of your choice come get it.We have absolutely no reason to sell this boat other thanwe have no more kids at home that wakeboard, and my wife wants to either get a nice runabout or pontoon boat.
If you are looking for a very nice low hour wake boat for much much much less than what new boats are going for, but with all the options and power, this is the one. It sounds, runsand looksawesome on the water. Bid with confidence.
