Description

Selling our 2005 Monterey 250CR 27 feet cruiser power boat. Located in a slip in San Pedro, California.
Originally up for $32,000, but lower due to minor aesthetic damages & some things that need to be replaced, but are all easy/low cost fixes, However interior is in excellent condition:
-The exterior of the boat is a bit dirty and needs a wash.
-The steering needs to be realigned and speedometer tube needs to be cleaned.
-The inner foam on the rear seats are exposed due to sun damage
-Engine blower fans need to be replaced (easy fix)
-Some of the buttons on the bimini tops have fallen off
Engine & mechanical parts are in Excellent condition:
-We just replaced the starter and has about 6 hours on it.
-We get hull cleaning done every year so the bottom is nice and clean.
-Engine has only 147 hours
