The Bad:
- Probably needs impeller service. Ran fine on the hose in the driveway. I have taken her out only twice and she got hot after idling for 15 minutes and bogged down so I shut her off.
- As of May 18, 2020, the up trim stopped working. Worked fine May 16, 2020, so it may be small.
- Throttle has some play but that can be easily adjusted
- One of the bilge pumps stays on (unless whole power is shut off from Perko switch). I think there's a leaf or twig jamming it.
- Does not have a stereo installed but I have an open box never installed one you can have.
- One tire in the trailer replaced May 16, 2020 but I would consider inspecting the others.
- Passenger trailer light needs bulbs or replacement if you want the low profile.
I would STRONGLY recommend that you have at the very least a full-sized truck, preferably a super-duty or a diesel to pull her. I got her home over 125 miles away with my Chevy Tahoe but it did strain the transmission.
* No Returns. I listed this boat as fair condition. From what I THINK to be wrong (impeller and trim switch/relay) about $200-$300 in parts and 1-2 hours with a good marine mechanic would have this boat in good to very good condition. While I am a motivated seller, if she doesn't sell for a fair price, I'll have her fixed and learn to enjoy big boating. Please check my Ebay feedback score at 100%. Both my wife and my ex have backgrounds in marketing and they have both said that I put too much into my ads. They said "A good salesman shows you the positive and surprises you with the negative." My take:I want you to see EVERYTHING and know the good and the bad so that YOU can make an INFORMED decision! I have answered the questions that I would like to know if I were buying. If there is something that you need to know that is not in the ad, PLEASE ASK! I BEG OF YOU!! I do not re-negotiate AFTER bidding has closed because that is not fair to the other bidders nor to me. This is why my feedback is 100% after a decade of being on Ebay.
