Monterey 214 FSC 2007 - Dry stored - no bottom paint - like Sea Ray

This Monterey 214 FSC is a great starter boat for someone looking to get on the water without breaking the bank. The Volvo Penta 4.3 fuel injected engine starts and runs great and we reached 4800 rpm and 40 mph on our sea trial, which is exactly to the manufacturers specifications. The current hour meter reading is 522 hrs. This boat does need some TLC, but at the same time it can be used and enjoyed as is. The vinyl upholstery is original and shows fairly heavy sun damage due to the previous owner not covering the boat. The boat has been stored on a lift, so there is no bottom paint and the bottom of the boat shows almost as new. The hull sides show very good for the age, but there are a few dings and scratches, please see the attached video. This boat was a trade in and we do not know the full history and it is sold as is where is. We did inspect and sea trial the boat and based on our inspections, she needs at least the following:
- The engine room blower- The horn does not work- The boat does need a cover, the only canvas onboard is the bimini top- Fresh water system pump is missing- The upholstery is sun damaged- Speedometer does not work
This is a running boat and would make an excellent purchase for a hands on buyer. The trailer in the pictures is not included with the boat, but it is available to be purchased separately for $2,100.00. The trailer is brand new in 100% functional condition. If the buyer has their own trailer, we can load the boat to the buyer's trailer at no additional cost. Florida buyers need to pay the applicable sales tax and registration fees.
