extremely nice 1998 cruiser yacht 2870, loa 31' beam 10', very well built one of the thickest hulls on the market, very clean and well maintained, runs great, motor looks like new comes with a Mercruiser 454 7.4 mpi, no pumping starts right up. has a bravo 3 outdrive, motor has about 497 hours on it. riser and manifolds replaced 3 seasons ago. 3rd season on the stainless duel props, counter rotating, last season 3 new batteries, 2 house batteries and 1 starting battery, also new 11 gallon water heater. replaced all plastic handles with stainless on all cabinet doors, replaced all plastic drink holders with stainless, 3rd season with windlass, I bought this boat 6 years ago from original owner i am the second owner, boat has always been in the river which helps clean out salt build up, have a new digital tv antenna, replaced stereo last year has helm control. electronics: new raymarine e7 multi function display internal gps antenna, has built in radar but needs raymarine digital antenna, comes with seperate fish and depth finder, replaced canvas top and windows 3 seasons ago and attached it to the radar arch, more head room has use of the lights on radar arch, also just this season replaced snap in carpet on deck, in the head new faucet with shower, new stainless lights, new towel racks, converted the head to electric flush, the radar arch has power and cable tv hook up for a flat screen tv, has a flat screen in the cabin with catv hook u, placed 2 additional outlets up on deck. And 1 in engine room sleeps 6, foward birth has new 3" memory foam topper on foward berth with privacy curtains, aft cabin is a full size birth, has a leather couch and a very nice wooden table converts to bed. comes with microwave,fridge deep stainless steel sink and a nice new faucet, has electric stove top. also new last season new 100 gal. gas tank.Has ac and reverse heat. Just had a new ignition, new belt new spark plug wires new cap and rotor This is a turn key boat .
