This Old Girl is in good shape. Hull is solid as a rock. The engine was rebuilt in 13 with 34 hours since. The 5.7 Merc has a closed loop cooling system as well. The stern drive was also rebuilt in 13. Steering system replaced as well in 13. 2 new group 27 Batteries crank and deep cycle 2016, battery switch and 1500 watt inverter. New 1200 gpm bilge pump 2016. New water pump and impeller 2016. New Bennet trim actuators 2016. She has a very smooth idle and cruise. The engine is very quite when running. Cruise at 26 mph and 36 WOT. 100 gallon tank used marine fuel ONLY.Boat planes out well out of the hole. I have removed the 37 year old carpet from the cabin floor, ceiling and walls. Wood grained Vinyl planking now covers floor with new carpet on the sides and steps. The head has a new extra large porta potty and is large enough for an adult. Cushion are in good shape and there is NO mildew smell in cabin. There also is plenty of storage under the galley counter with easy access to built in cooler. The alcohol grill has been removed. Newer hot plate is stowed below. Freshwater system is operational but I do not use very often as I stow a new 13 Gallon big kahuna portable shower in the large engine compartment. The boat also has a brand new Garmin 73DV Fishfinder/gps/chartplotter with sonar down VU. Bimini top and canvas and isenglass in Great condition.Fresh coat of bottom paint to make her look uniform and hull is nice and shiny thanks to poly glow. I just bought her and fixed her up and now have an opportunity to buy a 36 Silverton from a friend at my Marina... cannot afford 2 boats. The boat is dry stored in Pensacola, Fl and has no trailer. check on shipping before buying. If she sells she sells if not I will keep her and pass on the Silverton. This Tiara is a classic boat that runs great and still looks good. So remember, buy this boat and you can drop her in the water and enjoy immediately.
