Up for sale is my 1990 Cigarette Top Gun (WITHOUT POWER) with a 2004 Manning Trailer. I have owned the boat for the last 10yrs and have made updates along the way. Below are a list of options that it has and items that come with the sale. This boat has also been in heated storage and has been at my marina without power…. stored for the past 2 years.
Overall I would rate the boat an 8 for its age and the cabin a 6.
· 1990 Cigarette TopGun Hull
· NO POWER
· 2004 Manning Triple Axel Trailer with Drive Guard (comes with a bill of sale and title when the new title arrives).
· Painted in 2008 (painter did not include enough flex agent in the paint, therefore there are spiders in the clear coat….only noticeable when 5ft away)
· New Konrads 540’s in 2008 with the heavy duty upper gear set replaced by Konrad in 2013 (only 10hrs).
· Cockpit interior replaced 2008

Overall Comments:
The boat overall is great and really to get it in the water you will need engines, 1 trans, 2 sea strainers and a little bit of TLC. I had 850hp 598ci blower motors in it and a top speed was around 87mph..its a heavy boat and handles the water well. As mentioned above and provided in the pictures I had 2 things happen with the paint job…1 my buddy rafted off and the fender moved and his boat rubbed against mine those are the marks in the blue strip picture. The other is the lack of flex agent in the paint overall and in a couple areas the boat flex and it affect the clear…this is also in a picture provided. But you need to be close to see it. It could use a better stereo and the cabin can use some updating….the toilet is taken out. I have disclosed this so this should not be a surprise to the buyer.
Winning Bidder:
This is a Coast Guard Documented Vessel and has been since it was built therefore there is NO existing title for boat. To get a physical title for it is not an issue the boat just needs to be Deleted/Removed from the USCG Documentation Registry. The buyer has 2 options…..1) Keep the boat USCG Documented and transferred from my name to theirs 2)Pay funds to my bank to release the lien and provide satisfaction of mortgage to the USCG and they with send a Deletion of Registry Certificate which can then be taken to any Secretary of State and obtain and official title. However either way with require the work of Pat Stellato below as a licensed documenter to process the necessary paper work for the USCG….(Pat helped me with my new boat and I will be paying her processing fee for the buyer) call Pat if you have any questions.
