We look forward to selling you one of our quality boats on EBay. In order to insure that the purchase of the boat goes smoothly for all parties we ask that you read and understand how our sales process works. If you have any questions please give us a call or email.

If you are lucky enough to be the winning bidder we will require a $500.00 refundable deposit via PayPal, credit card or Bank wire within 24 hours of the auction close.

Although we inspect all the boats we buy, all used boats are sold “as is, where is”. Please understand we do not guarantee or warranty the boat, motor or trailer in any way. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect the boat or hire a surveyor prior to your acceptance and final payment.

Some of our boats listed for sale may still have factory warranty coverage for the boat and /or engine remaining. If either the boat or the engine still have current factory warranty coverage we will indicate this in our description. If factory warranty coverage is not noted it does not exist.

The sale of the boat is subject to your personal inspection and sea trial. If you don’t like what you see we will give you your deposit back. If you can’t make it here you may hire a surveyor to inspect the boat on your behalf. You may also hire a certified mechanic to do the same. Any surveyor or mechanic must be approved by WRM, Inc prior to inspection.

Inspection, final payment and pickup must be made within 7 days of the auction close. Final payment must be made in cash, certified funds or bank wire. No personal checks or credit cards will be accepted.

We are typically open for inspection and settlement Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00. Saturdays from 9:00 – 12:00. Please contact us ahead of time to schedule.

All sales are FOB our store in Chester, Maryland. We can arrange both domestic and overseas shipping for you. Please ask us for a quote. Please note the boat must be paid for in full prior to leaving our facility.

Due to the fact that we are also selling our boats at our store in Maryland we reserve the right to end our EBay boat auctions at any time.
