Deposit can be made with PayPal and must be received within 24 hrs. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within7 days of the close of the auction. Any other arrangements must be agreed tobeforebidding. All financial transactions and paperwork must be completed before delivery of the item. The vehicle or vessel's transfer paperwork must be signed by the buyer prior to pick up or shipping. The shipping company cannot sign for you. If you cannot be there in person to sign these documents we can assist you by fax or email."

Asset must be picked up from our location within 7 days after close of auction unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing prior to bidding. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle or vessel will be registered.

After sale ends, winning bidder will have7 days to complete sale. If you can't pick up the item within 7 days, you must still send full payment within the7 days... We will hold the item for you (7 days storage included with the sale,) while you make arrangements to pick up the item! This auction will close at its scheduled time to the high bidder (provided the reserve is met) no exceptions. However, we still reserve the right to cancel any auction due to listing errors. Winning bidder will get all applicable ownership documents, and a bill of sale (when applicable)disclosing the winning bid. Winner will then be responsible for any tax and license fees (including back fees, if applicable).

Auction is for the Boat only exactly as shown in the recent photos

This Vintage 40' Cruiser

has many accessories and extra's included but will need some TLC

Here's your chance to get an awesome Bluewater Sailboat at a great price

Donor stated the 55HP Volvo MD21-B Diesel Engine is fully operational but will need the fuel flushed

Drive Shaft is bent and will need repaired along with the stuffing box needing repacked

The are many spare engine parts included

Bottom was completely refinished 2.5 years ago after which it spent all but the last 9 months in fresh water

Hard Dinghy not pictured but is included

Life Raft has not been tested but is included

Several Sails in good serviceable condition

Several extra Sails in various condition needing repairs

Rigging is in serviceable condition but should be checked thoroughly before any Bluewater adventure

Chainplates were all redone over the last few years

Furuno 30 mile Radar with b&w display

Topside is solid

Teak needs cleaned & oiled

Sorry viewing is not possible, Boat is at a full service gated marina

Moorage will be paid for 7 days following the Auction close
