Deposit can be made with PayPal and must be received within 24 hrs. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within7 days of the close of the auction. The vehicle or vessel's transfer paperwork must be signed by the buyer prior to pick up or shipping. The shipping company cannot sign for you. Asset must be picked up from our location within 7 days after close of auction unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing prior to bidding. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle or vessel will be registered.

After sale ends, winning bidder will have7 days to complete sale. If you can't pick up the item within 7 days, you must still send full payment within the7 days... We will hold the item for you (7 days storage included with the sale,) while you make arrangements to pick up the item! This auction will close at its scheduled time to the high bidder (provided the reserve is met) no exceptions. However, we still reserve the right to cancel any auction due to listing errors. Winning bidder will get all applicable ownership documents, and a bill of sale (when applicable)disclosing the winning bid. Winner will then be responsible for any tax and license fees (including back fees, if applicable).

This is a very nice 34'' Cruiser

that has many features & amenities but will need some mechanical repair

Twin Crusader V8 Powertrain

was in service thru August this year when the Port Engine began knocking and will need repaired

Starboard side is fully functional

New Throttle Cables last year

JRC 16 mile radar w/ B&W display not pictured but is included

Interior Upholstery has some staining but is free of any foul odors

AC/DC Refrigerator

Pressure water system all works

3 Newer Batteries

Deck & Floors are solid as is the rest of this fine vessel

Donors vinyl business lettering is on the back and has been blocked out

Sorry viewing is not possible, Boat is at a full service gated Marine facility
