HOBIE ONE PROJECT BOAT

Up for sale is thisHobie One sailboat that has fiberglass damage to the hull and topsides midship starboard. This is a great little performance vessel that offers a fun time for all aboard.With some fiberglass skills this can be back on the water for next boating season.

HULL: Aside from the obvious damage the hull is in good condition with the normal scrapes and dings that would be expected ona hull of this vintage.The topsides received impact damage in a storm that fractured the deck areaand caused a crack inthe hullside midship starboard. The rub rail is bent and appears to be holding the damaged area in its positionwhich when removed should allow the fiberglass to relax to its original form for easier repair. All the decktackleand hardware is still in place and in good working order. The swing keel and rudderare also in place and in good working condition. The bottom has anti fouling paint.

RIGGING: The mainsail is in good condition and was in use last season with no issues. There is a jib on a roller furling that is also in good condition and ready for reinstallation and use. The mast and boom are in good condition with minor signs of corrosion. The stays are in place and appear to be in serviceable condition.
