Description
We introduce Hovertube – fan-to-drive ultralight personal hovercraft, that can be equipped with gasoline (ICE) or pure-electric propulsion system. This is the only hovercraft in the world that has pure-electric propulsion system!
It is good for:
- outdoor activities and sports
- fishing and hunting
- traveling and patrolling around remote places
- rescue and military missions.
It can go over ground, grass, water, ice, snow, sand and other flat surfaces. You can even use it on other planets, where there is atmosphere and flat surface J
Advantages of Hovertube:
- It has inflated hull and can be easily folded and unfolded in minutes
- Can be transported in a car, no trailer for transportation is needed
- Canbe stored in any place – in the garage, in basement, even in city apartments. No dedicated hangar or garage is needed!
- Fan-to-drive and very simple to drive by a steering rod
- Hovertube customers can easily swap gasoline to pure-electric propulsion system and vice versa
- It is much quieter than traditional hovercrafts, especially pure-electric version
- The cost is a fraction of traditional hovercrafts

- Gasoline version: fuel consumption is only 3,5 liters/hour of regular gasoline
- Electric version: 5-10kWh/hour depending on power level and load
- For gasoline version we use 4-stroke motors for industrial use that comply with international standards for noise and pollution.
- For pure-electric version we use lightweight and highly-efficient brushless permanent magnet motors and high-energy lithium batteries.
- Batteries on electric version are removable and can be swapped with fully-charged packs in minutes.
- High safety thanks to inflated "soft" hull that can bump to obstacles
- In case of crashes, damaged parts are easily replaceable.
- In case of motor failure on the water, the driver can continue to move on Hovertube in the same way as in inflatable boat.
- It doesn’t have underwater propeller that could damage plants and marine life.
- It doesn’t make underwater noise.
- Gasoline version doesn’t pump oil and petrol fumes into the water. It uses 4-stroke motors that comply with international standards for noise and pollution.
- Pure-electric version does not produce any emissions at all, very quiet
- Pure-electric versioncan be used in ecological and green zones where watercrafts with ICE engines are restricted.

Hovertube ICE version: 7700 USD
Standard package include: inflatable hull, tubular frame parts, 6,5hp main motor with propeller and mountings, 4,5hp compressor motor with fan and mountings, hovercraft controls. Also we can supply as an option more powerful main engine.
Customers can choose any color of the hull, we can make different parts of hull with different colors (see pictures)
Currently all Hovertubes are made on order.
