Description

This is a classic long keel with tiller steering built in the Florida Keys for Island hopping.

The keel is shallow draft (3ft) with a large centerboard (6ft).

First picture is boat racing in the Keys as an yawl.

In 2007 the boat wasmodified as a sloop rig only and painted blue.

Boat is fully equipped withroller jib furling and main furling.

Sails includea 2 mains, jib, andgenoa all in fair shape.

Ground tackle includes a large plow with chain.

Engine is a 20hp diesel with large starting battery and 2 large house batteries.

Interior includes 3 berths, sink, ice box, propane Force 10 stove.

Two 40 gallon fresh water tanks and head with a 20 gallon holding tank.

The boat is slipped at a private resort on the Texas bay currently $165/m, slip is transferrable.

Boat can be sailed to the Gulf and is USCG documented, easy to transfer and move to new location.
