This is a project sailboat, fiberglass seems to be in good condition.It is a CLARK SAN JUAN Hull ID #CLK-21-185-0473 It has been sitting unused for a few years.Thealuminummast and rigging looks to be complete, floors are solid. Includes the trailer.I am not knowledgable in sailboats at all but I will answer all questions as best I can, I will text more pics if needed.Because this is not a motorized boat the state of TN does not have a title for it, It will be sold with a notarized BILL OF SALE.This is local pick up, can maybe discuss meeting or delivery.THERE ARE NO SAILS INCLUDED>>>>SELLING AS IS
