This is a sweet lady. She has only had two owners. The first owner was an elderly man who wanted to fish. His widow says he did not get out on the boat as often as he wished as his health started failing. The widow sold to the second owner after the boat had been garaged for 16 years. The second owner used the boat as often as he could but it was not as often as he wished and the boat was stored under cover. Most of the damage that has happened to the boat is the last year it has sat outside. There has not been a lot of miles put on this boat. The second owner took good care of the Renken and did regular maintenance. He painted the bottom of the boat with the wrong kind of paint and it is peeling. The remaining parts of the lady is the original paint and in good condition. She is 17' long and was made in Charleston, South Carolina at the Renken plant which is out of business now. She is a good boating for pleasure, fishing, snorkling, scuba diving, and duck hunting boat. She is sturdy because she was made well. She has a bonnet which is canvas and has been replaced, has some staining from the elements, and is in good condition. Nothing else on this lady has been replaced. The original instruments, which all work, the windshield, gear shift, is original, has been cared for and are in good working order. There is some pitting of the metal but no cracks, missing pieces, or stains. This boat is in good condition considering it is 56 years old. Had only two owners. The bottom of the boat has been painted with inappropriate paint and is peeling. The rest of the paint job is in good condition considering the age. There is scuffing in the bottom of the inside of the boat from using. The rubber seal that goes around the boat edge at topside is in good conditon with no tears or cuts. The panel of the boat is in great condition and all instruments work. BUY IT NOW The metal around the instruments is pitted from weather. The finial on the top front is in great condition, is not loose, chipped, or dinged, but, does have some weather pitting. The well of this boat is in good condition and is not cracked. The place that the motor attaches is not cracked or scarred other than reasonable wear and tear. The seats in this boat are leather and in good condition other than a little mildew stain. The windshield is in great condition and is not cracked or missing parts. The gear shift works well and the cables are in place. I will accept cash or PayPal only. No checks. As to the transporting trailer is concerned, it currently sits on a one (1) year old trailer with all the necessary gear but I am selling it separately, so the boat has not been sitting on the ground. I am also selling separately the 2013, bought in 2014, 125 hp Mercury Engine, which has been in the water twice since purchased. I can arrange for the title change within one day if you come early enough for us to get to the DMV. I need to SELL this BOAT before it further deteriorates. NO RETURNS
