1985 topaz 29, I spent 8 years redoing everything from bow to stern. New tower, Hardtops, Teak Flooring, Covering Boards and Tow Rail, Windshield,Rub Rail, Custom Helm, Live Well, Tackle Center, Eisen Glass etc. I can go on and on and on. Has only been back in water for 2 years and there is NO dock rash etc on the boat. Tamd40b Volvo diesels rebuilt about 200 hrs Ms3c gears new clutch cones about a year ago. I have a appraisal to go with it. I have owned for about 10-11 years. The pictures don't do justic. Now the bad news had a short in a phone charger and burnt the all the soft good and damaged some of the cabinets. Most of the teak interior can be re-sanded to the wood to remove the 25 coats of clear and there is some browning on the white paint. The boat is painted with Awlgrip Awlcraft 2000 so if may be able to be wet sanded and buffed top sides are Snow White / Hull side and the underside of the 3 tops are Ice Blue. No burn through on the hull or topside, all hatches were closed and suffocated the fire while I was on it and I beached it. Small blistering on the port side below rub rail and very hard to photograph. Engines purr like kittens and are removed along with gearcases. Upper section of tower at the builder for repair of crack when pipe froze from having water in it. tower is flawless as I have covered in shark hide so NO corrosion. There are NO Electronics or Stereo but the VHF is there. The Photo of boat on the travel lift is from November 2016 for haul out bottom painted and props tuned. The photo on the trailer is February 2017, There is also no room for a generator on this model. I will pick the upper station up and bring back to the boat before pick up. The boat is on a 8 lug tandem axle trailer that can be pulled anywhere. I DON'T NEED THE MONEY SO NO STUPID OFFERS AND I DON'T WANT TO SWAP IT this is a fine ass boat and just needs a little love! THE TRAILER IS NOT INCLUDED BUT CAN BE PURCHASED SEPARATE FOR $3500.00 NOT NEGOTIABLE AND NO YOU CAN NOT BORROW IT.
