Project Pontoon 21' Smokercraft w/Trailer & LOTS OF EXTRAS!!!

Description

Started this project a few years ago. Planned on making it real nice and even bought lots of new stuff for it. No time to finish, so it all must go. Have title for boat, bill of sale and all required paperwork for trailer in hand.
Must sell ASAP, need the room. No reasonable offer refused!

Boat is originally a 1994 Smokercraft 21' Pontoon that was in decent shape. See last pic (before work started). Completely torn down and started to rebuild from the ground up. Most of the hard stuff is already done! Add few weekends of work, some flooring, furniture, motor and ??? and you'll have a real nice pontoon this summer!
Pontoons - Both have been professionally leak tested and pressure checked. Welded new bow eyes using 1/2" aluminum plate on each pontoon - very strong, plugged/welded the underwater drain holes and added top mount bilge pump / hose access in rear. One pontoon has been acid washed and polished, the other has been acid washed only. You can either polish the unpolished one or acid wash the polished one so they match.
Trailer - 2006 Sea Lion 22' in great shape. Tires have been sitting for a while. Hold air OK, may need to be replaced soon. Custom brand new aluminum boat guides for the trailer included (see pics). 2" Ball
Fencing / Trim / Transom - All removed and included. Old aluminum fence panel material carefully removed/discarded, upper and lower "u channel" on fencing all intact.
BRAND NEW Cross-members 1/8" Aluminum - Custom made locally, matching size, contour and slotted hole placement from all original (rusty) galvanized cross members. Fit perfectly. Cost over $1000.00! (see pics)
BRAND NEW Console - Tracker Pontoon Console - Tan color, fiberglass with deep sink and storage compartment. Tops are made of Corian, same material used in high end kitchen counters. No cracks or damage, needs a good wash. MSRP on this was about 2K, just to give you an idea of how nice it is. (see pics)
BRAND NEW Stainless Steel Nuts/Bolts/Washers - Yellow buckets in pics are filled with a few hundred bucks of brand new SS hardware. Probably not everything you'll need, but it will get you started. (see pics)
BRAND NEW NEVER INSTALLED CANVAS FULL CAMPER ENCLOSURE - zippered windows and screens - Tan - Never installed, snaps are still in bags, canvas and plexi windows / screens are mint. Intended on bring it to a local boat upholstery shop to have it installed and/or fitted to the boat. (see pics)
BRAND NEW FENCE MATERIAL - ALUMINUM - Black, very nice gloss. Roll should be enough to do the entire boat. Easy to install. Good quality, not very expensive if you wanted to get a roll in a different color I can point you to the site I got it. (see pics)
USED 8' Bimini top frame and Grey Canvas Bimini top with cover. No holes, good shape.
