1974 Sailboat 21ft Luger

21ft Sailboat with 2 sails. A very fast boat when sailing. Boat has been in the water every year for the past 15 years. Hull has never leaked. Sails are in good shape. Boat deck and hull are in good shape. Inside of cabin needs new ceiling.(see pictures) You will see that the ceiling needs replaced at the front of the boat. The boat is sailable, but I would not walk on the area around the front hatch until the ceiling is fixed. Mast/Boom/and all standing rigging present. Boat has a swing keel. Has a 4hp Yamaha outboard motor that runs great. Boat also has running lights. Trailer has clean title. Boat never had a title.
