Exterior: Canvas worn from sun but there are no wrips or tears on sail covers, hatch covers, hydrovane or windshield cover. Life raft cover needs replacing. Cockpit awning and cockpit enclosure in good condition. Lots of additional canvas. Big ball fenders have turned a blackish color and can't find a cleaner to make them white.

Cosmetics: Cockpit teak and step need refinishing, gate stanchions need holes filled with epoxyand wood needs Cetol. Exterior teak is already bleached and ready for whatever new buyer desires. With a little bit of love this Rassy will be ready to go.

Interior: Interior has lots of room and bright. Not like climbing down into a hole. Very high headroom. Its above average and well taken care of and everything is always serviced and works well.

Summary: A week of labor and fresh bottom paint and this Rassy will not only gleam but will be ready to sail the world. Buyer survey welcomed at buyer expense. Seller will pay$1,000.00 toward bottom paint. Any items noted onsurvey can be negotiable.
