The boat in this auction is represented by the marina where it is currently located. The marina is a high end well run marina located within the city of New York.

This is an older boat but it is complete with diesel engine.. The engine ran well when the boat was being prepared and marina will warrant that it started and ran.

The inspection of the boat itself did not show any structural damage. The entire boat and cockpit is fiberglass.

The boat is 30feet overall and her brand name, O'DAY, is well respected.

She is in beautiful condition and has a full sailinventory as well as many other extras.

She is a great project boat and when complete would make a wonderful family boat for a small investment.

BOATS ARE SOLD AS IS AND WHERE IS AND NOT SUBJECT TO INSPECTION.

The buyer has 10 days to pick up the boat and it will be loaded at NO CHARGE onto a trailer or truck that is ready to receive the boat

After 10 days, there is a charge of $25 per day to store the boat. If the boat has not been picked up within 20 days of the end of the auction, the seller will cancel the sale and the payment will be forfeited. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE within 24 HOURS OF THE END OF THE AUCTION THROUGH PAYPAL.

The vessel has NYS title as represented by a set of foreclosure paperwork that can be used to register the vessel. Should the buyer want a NYS registration it can be obtained for$250. Buyers can also register the boat themselves using the NYS auctioneer foreclosure papers they will receive when they pick up the boat.
