Description

Great little boat. Quick to set up and easy to trailer and sail. Retractable centerboard that makes it perfect for the shallow creeks. Potters are classic boats that have stood the test of time and are still rolling off the assembly line today. This one is as fine of as an example as one will find.
All sail handling hardware has been upgraded.
Like new Hyde performance challenge 6.03 mainsail delivered in 2015 and used less than a handful of times. Matching Hyde Lapper Jib and smaller #3 Jib. It all store in a full length hyde spars bag with the boom. Original mainsail is in good shape and included too.
Sailing hardware ugrades include ronstan adjustable jib cars and tracks port and starboard.
Harken traveler set.
Harken carbo mainsheet set.
Harken jib cleats.
Complete lines aft single handing setup with all harken hardware. Main & Jib Halyard blocks run to the cockpit with camcleats. Jib downhaul blocks portside and harken camcleat for raising and lowering the jib without ever leaving the cockpit. This boat is ready to sail!
Numerous extras including dual batteries, bulkhead compass, v berth filler cushion, cockpit table, 4 life jackets, anchor with rode, stainless removable cowl vent, premium opening windows with screens, fire extinguisher, flares, dock lines, fenders and everything needed to get you on the water.
Bimini and top of the line garelick motor mount rated for up to 170lbs just installed last summer.
All running lights, cabin lights, and mast lights work.
Trailer in great shape and pulls perfect. New Axle, U bolts, hubs, & bearings installed in 2017 as preventative maintenance. Brand new tires installed February 2018. All lights work, no rust, ready to trailer anywhere.
Boat was stored inside until January 2018 and it shows, gelcoat in great shape. Original kept all paperwork and there a thick binder of everything. Virginia boat and trailer title in hand. This is a relatively new boat and everything is in great shape. It is mechanically 100% and cosmetically 100%.
It does not have an outboard and is priced accordingly. For about $1400 you can have a brand new Tohatsu 6hp shipped to your door with tanks, lines and 5 year warranty. It would be an ideal match for this beautiful boat and complete a worry free package.
