The gelcoat is in great condition, no dock rash or scratches to speak of. The red and white color scheme really look great together out on the water. Its very patriotic!
I have noticed the interiors on most of these ski boats show a lot of age from sun and neglect. This original factory interior is in like new condition. Garage kept and wiped down often.
The fuel injected 5.7 runs like new, is currently winterized, and ready for the season. As you can read in the review below it is fast and smooth.
The optional tower includes two racks to keep your favorite ski's nearby.
This is ALOT of boat for the money, and will impress the most finicky buyer.
Magazine Review:
Sleek styling, muscular lines and the same world-class performance as the GTR 22, but with a more traditional walk thru open bow deck design.
First the performance. The GTO-22 reputation precedes it as a legitimate slalom boat. As a former record approved tournament towboat, it has small wakes, ski lockers, a center mounted pylon, and a robust Indmar 330 horsepower engine. The boat is quick to plane, and its tracking performance is exceptional. The GTO 22 is also versatile. This isn't just a ski boat. The open bow is comfortable and deep and it gives you extra space for both seating and ballast. The hull works great for surfing and recreational wakeboarding. You can throw a sack on either side of the motor box and you’re ready to go. And finally, the GTO 22 doesn't look like every other boat on the water and that's something to appreciate. The swim platform is built into the fiberglass for a sleek, flowing design and the tower was custom built to fit the deck with an easy, low-profile folding function. A legacy slalom boat at an incredible price with some worthy upgrades.
