40' bruce bingham ferro cement

You can't buy a 40foot boat that is refeernced aaas followS . Red custom built Bruce Bingham design sailboat circa 1975 for sale. Engine is good, Perkins, but hasn't been run in a while, needs fuel service. Ie filters and bleeding. Boat has been sitting for 2 years. Haul is in excellent condition. Rub rail has been damaged from travel lift. Teak "iron wood"is in good condition but needs refinishing. Comes with 8 foot dinghy and motor that has never been run. When I packed the sails last year they were still tight. Batteries are new. Needs cosmetic work and approximately 12 sqft of .non-skid. cock pit needs some work. For 12000 this is a great buy for a bluewater cruiser. 3/4 keel 6 foot draft. Some work and off to destinations unknown. The boat is available for showing by appointment.
