1975 Uniflite Sport Sedan Cruiser. This is essential a sport fishing boat, but may be considered a comfortable trawler. Also a great little condominium on the water. Baby yacht, whatever. "Uniflite" is the Bellingham, WAcompany that build the 60s/70s River Patrol Boats (PBRs) for the US Navy. Pretty much the same layup, tough as nails. Original twin caterpillar 3208 great running engines. Estimate about 2300 hours on engines based on 10 year old survey and previous owner use. These are natural breathers, not turbo. About 210 HP each. Some smoke on startup, but clears under load. Transmissions perform flawlessly. Bilge/engine area not too pretty, but functional.Complete bottom job Oct 17. New prop, zincs, drive packing glands, batteries, and new shift cables. Interior mostly nice. 12V/120V sytems/lights work fine. New interior cushions, woodwork where needed, paint, in/out carpet, etc. Boat hull and deck is rock solid everywhere. No softspots. Has typical chaulking on deck for boat this age. Built Dec 74, pre (non) blister era boat. Has Onan diesel 7.5 generator, that I cannot currently get started. Has 300 gal diesel tanks (150, 100, 50); 100 gal water tanks. Has twin air conditioners, one works, other has switch issues, but good pressure. Boat head is a complete macerating and waste treatment system. It functions but currently disabled until I find out if it is in sanitation compliance. Using simple porta pottie. New sinks and shower is okay, too. Have huge heavy duty alum radar arch that goes with boat. I am going back to sail and have found a sailboat much more suited to my interests. Boat is Coast Guard documented, also have LA state registration, in my name. Included some orig paperwork. Oh, and please note that all the stuff on the 1974 purchase order picture is not necessarily on theboat. Thanks for looking, Mike.
