Notes:
We bought the “Brandy Bar” in 2007 from the owner that had put in a fair amount of work on her since he had purchased the boat. He put in a beautiful large forward window that opens for a nice breeze to blow through the boat. He also took out the forward closet and put in a forward door leading to the front deck. Previously there had not been access to the front deck from the interior of the boat. He reinforced the top deck and installed a fence so that chairs could be placed on the top deck with the fence and rail as security from falling. He also put in a nice ladder leading to the top deck.
When we bought the boat in 2007 we immediately contracted to have a trailer custom built for the boat. We put on all new tires on the trailer in October of 2017. My husband removed the old tile kitchen countertop and put in a beautiful thick butcher block countertop along with a very nice, deep stainless steel double sink along with a high pull down spraying faucet. He removed the old water heater and replaced it with a wall mounted water heater that has worked wonderfully. We replaced the refrigerator in 2008. My husband re-covered all the cushions in 2008 for both of the settees covering them in an extremely sturdy fabric by the name of passion suede. It looks like suede but is a tightly woven microfiber that is easy to clean and stands up to hard use. It is a beautiful medium teal color. All the cushions are tufted to look nice as well as to keep the fabric in place. The cushions should last many years and are quite comfortable. He found a curtain rod for the shower that can fold out (away from the shower) when the shower is in use and folds back when not in use. He found a shower head that has an adjustable fitting that allows you to reduce or increase the amount of water that flows out. It keeps the pressure up so that less water is needed for showering. We made new awnings for the windows as well. We installed hooks on the inside of the front door to store the cushions for the Adirondack chairs on the roof, they look really cute there!
Our reason for selling is that we need to economize in our retirement. We have had this boat in inside storage since we had the bottom completely replaced in 2013. The bottom is pristine.
When I sell things I like to be honest about the condition of what I am selling. We know that the engine has a problem idling, it needs a bit of work to fix that issue. It has always started and runs. The last time we used the boat everything worked, to our knowledge everything still works. It has been safely stored inside a building for 5 years away from the outside elements.
