22' Oday Sailboat with trailer 1976

I'm selling a 1976 22" Oday Sailboat. It has been out of the water for about 5 years, I haven't been aboard much since it was parked in my yard so I imagine the cabin needs a fair amount of TLC. The hull is in very good condition. The mast step was repaired/replaced by Scituate Boatworks the year before it was parked. The boat has all its rigging and sails. The keel is a short, shoal keel. The boat comes with the trailer pictured. Has motor mount but no motor. I have the title for the boat, title for trailer not required as gross weight is less than 3,000 lbs (Mass.
