40 foot Houseboat

Description

This is a 2013 41 foot houseboat that has never been in the water. It was being delivered from the manufacturer and slid off the trailer.
The left side toon is scuffed and scratched. The right side toon has a dent toward the rear. All 3 toons have been pressure tested and are good. The incident also caused about 20 foot of the forward roof deck to become unattached. This is noticeable in the upper right corner picture of the boat. The forward canopy roof will need to be reset and reattached. The pictures show the damage. The roof railing has been removed for transport.
It has a power flush toilet, full size shower and hot and cold running water, a queen size bed in the back, dinette and 2 chairs, leather sleeper sofa, kitchen has stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, has a big holding tank and a big water tank, comes with shore power or use a generator to operate roof air conditioner, stereo system with multiple speakers. It has a 90 hp Mercury outboard and triple axle trailer with brakes. License tags have been paid thru 2019. Cane be seen at 2100 Broadway Dakota City Ne.
You can get this boat motor and trailer at a fraction of the cost of a new one. With a little work you could own a $60,000 houseboat for almost 1/2 price.
