Great Live-aboard. Health forces sale. 45 foot overall with dingy and motor. 2 cabins: bunks in bow and full bed plus single in the aft, and plenty of room to sleep in the upper helm. 2 heads with showers and tub in aft cabin. Heads have Coast Guard approved Macerator and 25 gallon holding tank. Fuel tanks hold 500 gallons and water tank 150 gallons. Galley has fridge and elec. stove with oven. 2 helms: upper and lower. Ice maker, dehumidifier, microwave, plates, knives, forks, spoons, included. Tools and repair items, spare parts, etc. stay with boat. Lots of storage on board. Full array of instruments including GPS, Radar, Radios, Coast Guard approved safety gear. In fact, everything stays with the boat except my personnel items. Currently located on Shelter Island, San Diego, CA. I do have Title in hand.
