You are looking at a 2016 Ranger RT 188C Tournament Crappie edition aluminum boat with a 90HP Mercury 4-Stroke outboard and a matching Ranger Trailer. My dad and I bought this boat in August 2016 to do some fresh water fishing. As we have been lifelong saltwater fisherman this idea unfortunately did not pan out. We find ourselves using our saltwater boat which is in a slip in Galveston, Texas instead (it's what we know and what we're used to). We have taken this boat out on the lake only twice. Once when we bought it and once a couple weeks ago. At most, this rig has 3 hours of running time on it, and that's at most. As we are seasoned fisherman this boat is rigged to the gill with options from the factory. In addition to the standard equipment the RT188C comes with, the following options have been added (I am showing the upgrade costs for these options). It's a beautifully made boat and performs exceptionally well.
Dual Pro - 3 bank charger - $407
Battery Holder TM/2 - $337
Bow Electronics - Lowrance Hook 5 w/gimbal mount - $687
Console Electronics - Lowrance Hook 5 w/GPS and chartplotter - $511
Front Deck Rod Strap - $24
Boarding Ladder - Stainless - $165
Stainless Steel Prop - $517
Custom Boat cover - $532
Retractable trailer tie downs - $128
Aluminum Wheel upgrade - $203
Aluminum Spare - $208
Minn-Kota Max BG 70, 24V - $446
90HP Mercury - $5,500
Base price of boat, with a 20HP motor and trailer is $16,495
This boat as equipped cost $26,160 + dealer prep cost+ TTL which was well over $28,500 out the door for us. If you have looked at these, you know the Ranger dealers do not discount them because they do not sit around long on their showrooms.
You can see the full specs on the boat and can replicate the full boat price if you spec it out with the above options at RangerAluminum.com, just select Tournament series and the RT188C.
The boat is in mint, as new, condition. It's got so many features (like dual live wells with recirculation if you are out of the water)I could list them for days. The hull is perfect (no dents, scratches, etc...) it runs nice and smooth, top speed with two adults is 42/43mph. The motor is so quiet the only way to know it's idling is to look at the tach.
This is a boat and deal not to miss. You can have full confidence in the description of condition (I have a perfect 100% perfect feedback rating on over 1200 transactions of every sort over 10 years) and I know boats as have been around them for 30+ years. Everything is also obviously still under factory warranty, two sets of keys for everything, manuals, etc..
The boat is located in Sugar Land, Texas zip 77479 and the buyer is responsible for pick up there. If you want to have a transporter come pick it up, I can accommodate most timing. I do require a $1,000 deposit within 24hrs (It is 100% refundable it if you feel I have misstated the boats condition, but not if you change your mind and don't show up). Full payment is due within 3 business days unless you make other arrangements prior to purchase. I have clear titles for the boat, motor and trailer in hand, there are no liens to deal with.
I will not post my phone number on Ebay, but will be happy to speak with serious buyers if you want to contact me via Ebay and leave a phone number or ask for mine. Thanks...Alex
