I recently bought a 1986 Regal 210XL, and have used it twice, but am needing to sell it due to medical bills. Since I bought it I added a bimini top, four red/white/blue life jackets, one green life jacket, and five orange life jackets, a set of skis, ski rope, anchor, anchor rope, an additional fire extinguisher (I didn't see the one on board), two dock ropes, and an additional swim ladder (the original was too short, but it's still on there). When I bought it the three things that did not work, and still don't, are the fuel gauge, ammeter, and front navigation lights (broken, must be replaced). Trailer is a 2" ball, and it has surge brakes. I also replaced both engine belts, as they were worn and squealing.
Here's what the last owner said about it--- "We are selling our Regal bowrider. It has Mercruiser 350 and Alpha one outdrive with a stainless steel prop. I have owned this boat for the last 13 years. We have enjoyed this boat every year. We have just gotten too busy with our boys to be able to use it. The trailer has 2 newer tires on it and the other 2 are original. I bought the trailer brand new from B&M in Camdenton in 2003. I have re-greased the wheel bearings every other year. We would take the boat down to Aunt's Creek and store it down there over the summer so it would only have 2 long distance trips per year. I did not redo the bearings last year or this year so it probably should be done soon. I have had the lower unit impeller unit changed twice with the last time just a few years ago. It comes with the spare tire and the cover. The cover is made of Aqualon and it is a few years old. It was made by White's Auto Restyling in Springfield. I have had very few issues with the boat over the 13 years that I have owned it. 2 years ago I had the fuel filter changed and the carburetor intake gasket changed. I had all the bellows changed several years ago. I have all the records of the things that I have done.
There are some mildew stains and some sun and age spots on the vinyl. There is one seam that has split. I had another cushion repaired a few years ago for $75 at a local upholstery shop. The original radio works and sounds good for a 1986 stereo and amp. I did replace part of the floor this spring with new fiberglassed treated plywood. The carpet is original, I had to cut it to replace the floor but I didn't put new carpet in. I did replace a rear seat cushion and recovered the back sundeck over the motor.
This boat has been a huge part of our life and we have loved going to the lake, we just don't have time to use it anymore. Last year we only used it 3 times and we haven't even had it out yet this year.

I'll add that there are a couple other upholstery spots that are bad, and it needs a cleaning (still, from when I bought it, and I haven't done it since I got it).
