Nice EZ Loader Tandem Trailer & 21 foot Regal Majestic Boat (Needs work)

Description

Nice EZ Loader Tandem Trailer with new tires in 2015. Less than 600 miles. Brakes were checked out and new tires installed at the time.
Selling boat as I am being transferred to LA
Boat needs work
Low hours on engine as it has been used minimally for the past 20 years.
Gift from my grandfather when he sold his lake house. He had it professionally winterized every year. He bought it new and kept it on a boat lift until he gave it to me.
Boat ran well in 2015
Known issues:
1) This year I was running on Lake Waco and a belt broke - had to be towed back in. Have been quoted $400 to repair.
2) Has a leak in the transom. (Just noticed it was wet back there when we had the belt issue)
3) Large spot in floor has rotted. We just put a red round board over the spot.
I can show it most evenings.
