Up for auction is one 1992 Rinker power boat open bow with a 454 cu in engine and a 2003 Mercury Bravo 3 twin counter rotating stainless props and Vanguard trailer for sale.

My father purchased this brand new and it provided many happy times for my famil water skiing on Dale Hollow Lake. I REALLY REALLY DO NOT WANT TO SELL THIS BOAT, BUT we just do not use it. We have a new Bennington Pontoon, a Cobalt power boat and four jet skis and this Rinker is not used.

This will be a great first started boat for someone. It will make someone a great family boat. I will sell it and I will take offers to let it go to a good family.

I am selling it in Indiana near the Muncie and Anderson Indiana area, so I reserve the right to sell it and remove it from this auction.

This boat has never ever failed us on the lake.

I will provide a new battery when it sells.

It was used 100% of the time on Dale Hollow Lake.

It was placed in a nice covered slip and lifted out of water all the time (every night).

It was covered in the winter after winterizing.

It comes with one full size well used cover (that leaks, but protects the interior).

It is a 236 power boat 23' 6" long.

The engine hours are unknown because they did not have a gauge on it. This boat was not used from 2008 to 2016. We bought a pontoon and this boat sat until I started restoring it in 2016.

WHAT IS NEW?

1. $4,000 - 2003 Bravo 3 twin counter rotating stainless props

2. $2,000 - NEWLY recovered seats and they look great. I did not recover the engine cover (tanning bed for girls).

3. $400 - New tires on the trailer

4. $300 - New brakes in 2008 and the trailer sat until 2016.

5. $300 - Carburetor cleaned by a professional. IT RUNS GREAT.

6. NEW battery when it sells.

There are some stress cracks and chips in the body. My dad hit a steel marker on Dale Hollow Lake in the dark one night so the right side bottom side shows a mark in the center where the black stripe is missing.

The seats are all brand new. In March of 2017 I had them all recovered and they have not been sat on, because we have not used it.

It is a fresh water boat.

This boatdoesnot have fuel injection. It has a carburetor. I had it rebuilt and it runs great.

Bimini Top

The Bimini is in good shape and not used since 2008. I needs cleaned. It has a white vinyl cover.

Vanguard Trailer

The tires are in great condition. I put them on in 2016 and put 700 miles on them.

The steel wheel wells have dents.

The brakes were new in 2008.

What does this Rinker need?

A new owner that will use it.

I would have the red painted and put new vinyl stripes on it.

I would put fuel injection on it, but it does not have to have it.

WARRANTY - NO - this 1992 Rinker is being sold as is without warranty where is.

PAYMENT - payment must be made within seven (7) business days. Electronic payment transferring funds into my account must be cleared before the title is released. My bank requires 30 days of holding the title if you send the funds electronically.

I forgot to put a buy it now price on this auction. I will end the auction and relist it if it does not obtain the amount that I want. This boat means a lot to my family and we do not plan to give it away. I would like a family that is looking for that special boat to purchase this boat.
