THROTTLE CONTROLS:
Mercury Marine mechanical lever/cable type, at helm station.
FLAME ARRESTOR:
USCG approved and appear clean and serviceable.
ENGINE MOUNTS AND BED:
Main engine beds are FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) with reported wood core, longitudinal stringers inboard and outboard. In conjunction, adjustable motor mounts are bolted to the stringers and are used to adjust the propshaft alignment as well as secure the engines to the hull stringer structure.
LUBRICATION:
The oil in engine appears serviceable. Check fluid level when boat is in the water.
VENTILATION:
Power blowers port and starboard with flexible pick-up tubing running to port. Natural, flow ventilation provided by hull vents. Appears adequate.
BILGE BLOWERS:
Rule 4" blowers outboard of each engine. Powered up and ran for approximately 5 minutes.
EXHAUST SYSTEM:
Raw water exhausts are double clamped. Further investigate when engines are running for leaks.
CONDITION AND DEFICIENCIES:
*B1When checking the hours I had to turn the ignition switch to the ON position. The starboard switch did not work at first and then worked intermittently. I believe the issue is the switch.
NOTE:
It is recommended that the engines and outdrives be inspected by a qualified engine surveyor or Mercruiser technician.
COOLING SYSTEMTYPE:
Raw water cooled engines.
RAW WATER STRAINERS:
Ball valve seacocks and sight glass strainers sighted forward of the engines.
HOSES AND CLAMPS:
Re-inforced rubber hose well routed and supported, where sighted. Further investigate when engines are running for leaks.
BELTS AND PULLEYS:
Further investigate when engines are running.

OUTDRIVE
TYPE:

Mercruiser Alpha One outdrives.
SERIAL NUMBERS:
Port Outdrive: OW542266. Starboard Outdrive: OW830316.
GEAR RATIO:
Outdrive tags were not sighted to identify.
FLUID LEVEL AND CONDITION:
Engine mounted lube reservoirs. Monitor level and fluid condition.
CONTROLS:
Mercury Marine mechanical lever/cable type, at helm station.
ANODES:
The anodes on the outdrives appear serviceable/new. Monitor and replace anodes when needed.
POWER TRIM/TILT:
Power trim and tilt appeared serviceable.
BELLOWS:
Bellows appear serviceable. Bellows should be inspected in the water for leaks in the raised (trailer) and lowered position. The clamps were missing from the shift cable bellows, wire ties were installed during the survey. Check for leaks after launch.

NUMBER OF TANKS:
One (1) Cross Link Poly fuel tank located forward of the engines centerline. Access was poor. There was no fuel fumes noticed when first opening the engine hatch.
TANKS CAPACITY:
Manufacture label states 100 gallons.
SECURED:
Appears properly secured.

FILL PIPE LOCATIONS:
Port side outboard of the cockpit. Marked for "GAS".
FILL PIPE GROUNDED:
Not sighted due to access.
FILL PIPE MATERIAL:
Type A2 USCG approved hose. Further investigate and monitor when filling tank with fuel.
FUEL LINES AND FITTINGS:
Grade USCG type A1 fuel hoses. Further investigate for leaks when engines are running.
VENT LOCATION:
Port topsides, flame screen was sighted.
FUEL FILTERS:
Engine mounted water separators/fuel filters.
FUEL PUMP TO CARB HOSE:
USCG approved as required by for gasoline vessel.
NOTE:
Further investigate fuel system for leaks when engines are running and filling fuel tank.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (D.C. SYSTEM)VOLTAGE:
Lead acid battery powered 12 volt system.
BATTERIES:
Three (3) Crown MAR-1000 batteries outboard of the port engine. Batteries are secured to comply with 33CFR 183.420. Load tested serviceable.
MAIN BATTERY SWITCHES:
One (1) Guest ON/OFF switch and One (1) Guest OFF/1/BOTH/2 battery switch located port side aft cockpit cabinet.
PANEL:
DC panels are located port side cabin, port side aft cockpit cabinet, and cabinet outboard of the helm seat.
BREAKERS/FUSES:
DC Breakers in main panel. DC Pop breakers at the helm, in the bilge above the batteries, and port side aft cockpit.
TYPE CONNECTORS:
Round Lugs: Captive type, where sighted.
Note: No wire nuts are to be used on any electrical connections.
ROUTING/SUPPORT:
Well supported and secured where sighted.
CHARGING SYSTEM (BATTERY CHARGER):
Intelli-Power PD2030 battery charger sighted outboard of the port engine.

One (1) 30 amp. 125 volt inlet with breaker sighted in the transom storage locker.
AC PANEL:
Main AC panel sighted port side of the cabin.
AC SOURCE SELECTOR SWITCH:
Generator/Shore breakers with slide bar.
BRANCH BREAKERS:
Six (6) branch breakers.
CIRCUIT LOAD MONITORS:
One (1) AC Volt meter 0-150.
WIRE TYPE (SIZE AND RATING):
Size and rating, where sighted, appears well routed and supported, serviceable for intended use.
OUTLETS:
Various A.C. outlets available throughout vessel, appear adequate and conveniently located. GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) outlets in the galley and head are serviceable.
POLARITY:
The polarity was checked at the outlets and proved normal. Note: Polarity was checked with building power supply and not dockside power. Recommend polarity be checked at dockside supplied power.
NOTE:
AC Systems were checked with storage building electric. Recommend systems polarity be checked at dock side service when available.
