Description

This boat has been a 3-year restoration project. All new electrical wiring harness from battery to cabin and flybridge, new interior deck and carpet. Ready for your gauges and outboard motor. A new transom was completed in 2015 with a custom outboard mount. All transom work and outboard mount done by a reputable mechanic and engineer in Sacramento delta (Deckhands Marine Sales and Service).
This is a great boat, with a very comfortable, roomy interior for a 27-ft boat with a nearly 10-ft beam. All wood is imported Asian teak and sands and varnishes very nicely. Flybridge restoration and teak freshly restored. There is framing for a surround canvas, framing in excellent shape, but canvas has seen better days.
I have completed the installation of the new wiring harness throughout the boat, from bilge area to the cabin and upper bridge. Two new helm station electrical switch and fuse panels installed. All that is left for completion is an outboard motor, cables and accompanying gauges.
Only reason I am selling is that I am nearing retirement and moving on to sailing for a water hobby. I would entertain trading for the right sailboat for us (25-ft+). I have about 15k invested in this boat but it is time to move on. My loss is your gain. Feel free to come take a look before bidding and bring your surveyor and equipment to check it out.
