**. ***
This listing is for a very clean and well cared for for a 1987 Sea Ray 300 weekender with twin Mercruiser 260hp straight inboards. This boat is currently in the water and ready to be enjoyed immediately. We are selling this boat for a third party and our description is based on our visual observations during inspection and previous owners statements. We did however visit the boat and personally inspect and test run the engines. We were very impressed by the condition of the boat overall. It is well kept and very clean. The engines run excellent and most everything in the boat powers up and is in working order. The port engine was replaced last season and has less than 100 hours of run time. The bilge is clean and it's obviously been well maintained with many new hoses, belts, filters and batteries. The Lewmar windlass is new and was quite an expensive installation as well. The electronics are older but all in good working order. The previous owner is retiring from boating.
Cosmetically it is in great shape. The decks are all rock solid and we did walk the entire boat. Gelcoat is in good shape and has a nice original gloss. The interior is in clean shape and very neat and well kept. Fridge is ice cold and currently battery charger and AC systems are powered up. The canvas is said to be only a few years old and cushions are in good shape. This boat is in excellent condition for its age and will I'm sure buyer will be pleased.
