Sea Ray 26' Cuddy Cabin Boat, Motor, & Trailer

Boat has Transom rot, needs reinforcement, also engine coupler needs to be replaced, the rest of the boat is in great shape. The motor is a mercruiser 5.7 L 260hp runs good, no problem, the outdrive is an Alpha One Gen One, also good condition, has Full canvas enclosure, mooring cover. Trailer is an EZ Loader, like new steel slotted wheels & tires inc spare I purchased this boat last year, unaware of the Transom problem, ran it for a couple of months until it spun a engine coupler, didn't want to put any more $$ into it so I decided to buy a newer boat. you could either have it repaired or use it for parts, like I said the rest of the boat is in Great shape either way I'm taking a BIG LOSS
