Description

Selling this well maintained 1990 Sea Ray 420DA Sundancer (length along the water line is 41.5'; length overall is 47'). I've owned it for the last 9 years and been a summer live-aboard for the last 3 years, it has been great, but now looking at other adventures. The first owner purchased it new, transferred down to his kids then I purchased it in 2014 in Chicago.
The boat has the following:Twin 454 gas motors.Westerbeke Generator.Two 200gal fuel tanks.5 deep cycle batteries total; two for each motor, one house/generator battery.Garmin GPS Chartplotter.Radar with display, currently uninstalled but included in sale.Vacuflush head system with large blackwater tank.Large potable water tank.Hot water heater.Two AC/Heater units, one for main cabin, second for the salon cabin.All safety equipment is on-board or up to date, life jackets, flares, compressed air signaling horn (train horn), bell, etc.On the swim deck is a double 30amp shore power connections for running all systems and charging batteries; camper power supply connection for portable pump; exterior spigot for washdowns; air compressor supply for blowing up float-toys.Large Danforth/fluke bow anchor with 100ft of chain; Large Danforth/fluke stern anchor with 5ft of chain and 100ft of rode. When both anchors are deployed, this boat stays put!
The exterior is clean with space to entertain large group of guests, or relax and enjoy the views with your significant other or family; outside comes with the following:Fairly new upholstered cockpit seats.Full wrap-around canvas, also included is mesh inserts and windshield privacy cover.Custom table.Massive forward deck for entertaining, sunbathing; or watching concerts, airshows, fireworks, and the like.The rear swim deck is great for sitting on or jumping off; I have a swim deck extension not installed but is included in sale.
Below decks, you will find:The galley has a fridge/freezer, 3-place electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and sink.The main cabin has a cozy bench seat that can be converted to a bed; and has a wall-mounted TV. The aft-cabin can be a dining area, or converted into a cozy bed; plenty of storage.The forward V-berth cabin has a spacious bed and lots more storage/cupboard space.There is a spacious shower, vacuflush head, and sink; with two door access that can make the forward cabin, en-suite.So much more to describe but generally, what is supposed to be on a boat, is on this boat.
USCG Documented Vessel and Michigan Watercraft Registered. Clean Title. You receive both, signed, upon pick-up.
The boat can be made available for a Marine Inspection.Buyer has the option of seller delivering the boat by water around the great lakes for the cost of fuel and return transportation.
Boat Slip in Harbor West Marina is available for the remainder of the season with sale of the boat, at not additional cost, includes all amenities. Must be out of slip by October 15. As an added bonus, seller could consider buyers use of the slip for the 2024 season at no additional cost, includes all amenities.
