Selling my ski boat! Upgraded to a larger boat. Good intro level ski boat with 90 HP 3.0 liter 4 cyl OMC inboard/outboard to introduce the family to water-skiing! Served us very well the last few years. Boat is in good condition and the engine is running well. A pair of waterskis comes with the boat.
Past fresh water use only. Great fuel economy. You can leave it running most of the day and still have almost half a tank of gas left (holds about 20 gallons). Uses regular gas.
OMC sterndrive: Working well. Rubber water pump impeller and rubber stern boot both replaced within last several years. Prop good. The stern drive itself has a total of four oil compartments. I will go over these in depth with the buyer so they are familiar with them. The upper oil compartment seeps a small amount of water past it's seals. The permanent fix for this is an overhaul seal kit sold on Ebay for around $50. I have the overhaul/service manual which also goes with the sale. I have refilled the oil in this compartment after every use to keep the water off the gears.
Hull: No issues. I added a chafing strip down the bottom of the hull to avoid beach wear.
Interior: great shape. A few minor upholstery issues, but nothing major
Bimini top: Good shape.
Trailer: No issues.
Title for both boat and trailer: Clear.
Enjoy this boat for a few seasons with your kids as we did, at a very reasonable price.
Pick-up in Quartz Hill, CA. Will start up and run engine for you prior to sale.
