Boat is in good overall condition. No leaks inside cabin and full canvas enclosure making livable space even more. Boat has all amenities you would expect. A/C, full bath, refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner electric range, full sink, tv, wine cooler, radio inside and out. 2 berths, front bed is circular and close to queen size, the aft is a oversize full. Both berths have big closets. The boat has plenty of storage. Last ran out to sea this last spring. The boat does not run at the present time. It needs batteries there is no 12v on the boat presently. 110 is operational. Both engines will run w/ new batteries and fuel strainers and filters replaced. The engines ARE NOT froze and have not been under water. This boat needs little to run and makes a great live aboard. Engines are 454’s and provide plenty of power. The beam on this boat is huge, almost 13’ making it feel much larger. 4 people below deck at once is not crowded like many boats w/ narrower beams. I’ve used it mostly as a man cave. I’ve learned that it requires more then 1 person to take this boat out. I’m alone and finding people available to take the boat out during the day was more difficult then I would have expected. It was great to go hang out on and drink w/ my neighbors. It’s time to sell as not taking the boat out doesn’t justify the cost of keeping the boat. I am excepting offers on the boat and the boat can stay at the marina it is at w/ the new buyer signing a yearly contract w/ the city marina.
