1966 classic restored fiberglass boat
1966 Starcraft Caravelle
Description
1966 15' Restored Fiberglass Starcraft Runaboat.
Freshwater use only. All original (Boat Motor Trailer) package as it left the factory.
Evinrude 60 hp sportfour outboard runs great, starts right up, new fuel lines, plugs and wires, rebuilt carbs and choke. Additional new tune up parts included that were not needed. It just ran great.
Tee Nee trailer with new tires, rims and bow roller.
Every piece of hardware, screw, nut, bolt including windshield was removed and replaced or restored. Gelcoat restored to original gloss, Floor replaced and reinforced with 2 layers of 1708 Biaxial cloth and West System epoxy. Added structural pour in foam for support and flotation.
New, Reinforced seats, OEM flooring material, 12v receptacle, wiring for lights, added high capacity bilge pump w/ 2 pos switch, Boat cover. Canvas backdrop under transom and forward removable bulk head, Marine starting battery.
Fantastic package. No aftermarket accessory holes anywhere. Rebuilt with intent to keep it for myself on Winnipesaukee but family plans have changed and it's a waste to have a classic in this type of condition just sitting. I'm sure I'm forgetting things that are included and were done. Much more invested than what I'm asking, but as I said it was supposed to stay in the family.
More pics available during rehab and videos of first startup and up on plane in Lake Winnipesaukee.
Also negotiable for extra charge, a new in box, anchor shade, covering entire cockpit, and new in box heavy duty 4 step boarding ladder.
Trailer was to be sandblasted and repainted before plans changed and I am willing to arrange this if buyer chooses, for only the cost of the work required, but its only minor cosmetic surface rust. New Tee Nee decals included.
Boat is in enclosed garage available for viewing on weekends with enough notice.
Early spring price before season starts.
This boat must be seen, You will not be disappointed.
