08 Starcraft 14 ft Alum w/ 02 Johnson (Suzuki) 9.9 HP 4 Stroke Brand New Trailer

This is a 2008 Starcraft 14 ft aluminum boat in excellent condition. It is powered by a 2002 Johnson 9.9 HP 4 stroke outboard that I learned was made by Suzuki for Johnson during that era. Suzuki 4 strokes are some of the most bulletproof outboards on the market. I know, because I run a small charter boat here in NJ that I repowered with a pair of 90 HP Suzuki 4 strokes brand new in 2010 and put 3,200 hours on them. I sold the boat in October and theyare still running like silk. This motor does not have a diagnostic hookup to confirm the hours but the older gentleman I just purchased it from last Fall had it around 15 to 20 hours on the motor.... tops. I took some pics you can see here and in person that the motor is cherry. I have never seen one so clean under the cowling. It is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition.The motor is a pull start, not electric. It is a tiller model, there is no steering station. I purchasedthis as a boat and motor package with no trailer so I just ran out this Wednesday, April 5 and purchased a brand new LoadRite aluminum bunk trailer with the bigger 12 inch wheels for $700. I figured it would be an easier sell with a trailer. Or if I keep it.....I now have a trailer.Receipt, trailer manual, and warranty registration is all there for you. This is as "turn key" as it gets. All you need area few lifejackets and a throwable Type lV cushion. There is a 6.1 gallonfuel tank that sits on a nice flat board in the stern.It comes with an anchor, someanchor line, and a grab handle that makes it easier to lift the motor, though you really don't need one for a motor this size. The gentleman was in his 70's so it made things easier for him. The motor has a StingRay Hydrofoil Stabilizermounted to the cavitation plate. Four horizontal rod holders and three vertical. I bought a trailer lock brand new when I purchased the trailer but I'm having a hard time getting it to seat right on the coupler. I am including it in the sale, maybe you can figure it out. I will also include a ratchet strap to keep it snug to the trailer for your ride home. The trailer requires a 2" ball, although it towed fine with my 1 7/8", as well. Make sure to bring a license plate for the trailer to get her home. So, to recap, 2008 boat in exc cond, 2002 4 stroke outboard in exc cond, and a brand new trailer with 30 miles on it. I have maintained my 100 percent feedback by not throwing the "excellent" word around when items are not but I don't hesitate to use it here. The motor was winterized at Jarvis Marine in Tuckerton, NJ in November with a cocktail of some higher octane gas, two stroke oil, and the motor was fogged. You can leave it like this or we can work on getting her running in the driveway here before you take it away. Just keep in mind that it will be a little tough starting and there will be some white smoke until we run the winterize fuel mix through it. Once it runs off of the regular fuel, it will be smooth. I had them run the motor in a tank for me so I don't mind running it for you.
