2006 Sun Tracker Party Hut 30 / Pontoon boat

Very hard to find!!! Everyone that has either been on it or seen it on the water has said they would love to have a boat like this. It easily sleeps 6. It has a full hard top that you can sit on with lounge chairs or jump off while swimming. We have added MANY upgrades! Power bimini top, new rear canvas cover, 3 new marine batteries (one AGM), onboard battery conditioner/charger, onboard power inverter, high end audio system, onboard BBQ, refrigerator, roll down shades, compost toilet, power anchor, generator box, multiple LED light additions, fishing rod holders and storage rack, power water faucet in sink. Boat comes with a BRAND NEW V/M Sports trailer that has only been used TWICE!!. It is the 'heavy-duty' upgraded trailer that has disc brakes and lots of other upgrade items. Engine is a Mercruiser 3.0L 4-cyl that runs awesome and is great on gas. Outdrive was rebuilt few months ago. I just had all of the zincs replaced as well. The boat does have some minor wrinkles in the sheet metal on the back. No issues structurally. Must see to really appreciate how nice and clean she is!
