Engines do not include the following: alternator, ac compressor, power steering pump, engine computer, engine harness, (other parts that may be included are free of charge). Automatic transmissions will include torque converter all other sensors or wiring included are extra, harness will not be included unless the transmission is sealed and the pigtail is mounted on the housing.
Any order that is cancelled while in transit is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.In such event, the customer will be liable for the shipping charges from and back to G & N Auto Salvage. Additional shipping charges (as determined by freight carrier) may be incurred for freight shipments going to Limited Access areas or requiring Lift Gate assistance, unless disclosed at time of purchase. Limited Access areas include residential, school, church, hospital, construction site, camp ground, storage unit, farm, military base or shopping mall. If you are not available to receive the shipment at time of delivery, re-delivery charges may apply. Most parts have a 60 day warranty, unless noted otherwise. The warranty is for the part(s) purchase price only and does not cover ANY labor cost(s). Engines: Removal of cylinder heads, timing components, connecting rods or main bearing cap will void your warranty. Transmissions/Transfer Cases: Removal of valve bodies, shifting solenoids or casing will automatically void your warranty. All other warranties, such as implied warranties and warranties of merchantability, are disclaimed. In no event will either Party be liable to the other for any special, consequential, incidental or like damages, however caused and on any theory of liability, and whether or not such Party knew or should have known of the possibility of such damage. If there is any dispute about or involving G & N Auto Salvage, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of the United States located in the State of Texas, City of El Paso.
