1992 Wellcraft Eclipse 186 Bowrider

Description

Bought boat earlier this year but I want a center console. Replaced trim motor and solenoids. The boat has a MercCruiser Alpha One 4 cylinder.
Boat runs up to about 35 mph and we have used for tubing with the kids.
What I know for issues:
There is a soft spot on the floor on the driver side seat. Steering is stiff and I honestly don't know how to adjust.
Boat starts every time and we use it regularly. I am getting rid of it because I am a center console guy and not a ski boat. With a little work this boat will give you years of fun.
I have the boat for sale on another site so it could be purchased there as well.
